This young distillery has managed to build a strong reputation in just a few years time. Founded in 2013, Wolfburn is the most northerly distillery on the Scottish mainland. For the third year in a row they’ve released a small-batch whisky. Wolfburn Small Batch 375 is limited to 5,500 bottles and crafted from unpeated spirit. This single malt has matured for around four years in a combination of half size (100 liters) first-fill Bourbon barrels and second-fill Oloroso hogsheads.
