The Wild Geese is a whiskey brand that’s been around since 2005, named after Irish soldiers who left for France after the Williamite War in Ireland in 1691. It’s a name that has since been used many times for Irish soldiers serving overseas. The Wild Geese Rare Irish Whiskey is a blend of whiskies matured in bourbon casks. It has picked up many awards since its release, including a very favorable review in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible.
