West Cork Distillers is one of the many upstart distilleries that have joined the Irish whiskey scene in this century. But contrary to most other it is capable of producing large amounts of spirit – up to 4.5 million litres per annum. Their West Cork Irish IPA Cask is a blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey aged in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Blacks of Kinsale IPA.
