West Cork Distillers is one of the many upstart distilleries that have joined the Irish whiskey scene in this century. But contrary to most other it is capable of producing large amounts of spirit – up to 4.5 million litres per annum. The West Cork Cask Strength is distilled entirely on-site and is comprised of grain whisky (66%) and malt whisky (34%), which is married together in ex-bourbon casks for six months.
