Wemyss' range is designed to make whisky more accessible and understandable. Thus, instead of the distillery, they use the taste and aromas to identify each bottling. Only the best casks are chosen and are characteristic of the regional origin. This strict selection process limits the number of casks to those of exceptional quality. This Aberfeldy 'Banquet of Fruit' was distilled in 1994 and matured in 1 Hogshead cask until 2015, when it was bottled by Wemys in only 220 bottles.
