The sugar cane plantations of Trois Rivières are located on the southern part of Martinique Island, one of the French Antilles in the Caribbean. This is where pure and fair rum is produced from sugar cane juice. Due to the AOC indication we know that no sugar or dye has been added. This VSOP is aged on French Oak for 6 years. In the smell we recognize dried fruit, hints of tobacco, spices and gingerbread.
