Known for displaying the softer side of the Scottish Highlands, Tomatin also has a peated range called Cù Bòcan. Named after the legend of a local hellhound, Cù Bòcan Signature has matured in three different types of casks: bourbon casks, Oloroso sherry casks and North American virgin oak casks. The result is a fruity, softly smoky whisky.
