An ambitious venture by brothers Jack and Stephen, their Teeling Distillery opened in 2015 in Dublin. While still fresh and young, they sit on thousands of casks of mature stock, left over from the sale of their father’s Cooley Distillery. These casks make up most of the whiskey Teeling has released so far, including the Teeling Plantation Rum Cask Finish. For this release Teeling has joined forces with Maison Ferrand’s highly respected Plantation rum brand. This limited edition displays remarkable depth.
