The name Singleton was launched in the last century to bring out whisky from unknown distilleries. Dufftown, from the town of the same name, founded in 1896, is one of them. Their whisky can only be found in various Singleton bottles. The Dufftown Tailfire is named after a type of artificial fly, used in the flyfishing. The whisky is fruity and accessible. This is due to the use of various casks, including European sherry casks.
