Sometimes a whisky bottler won’t (or isn’t allowed to) disclose the exact single malt they’ve bottled. That’s the case with Muirhead’s Silver Seal Maturity. This single malt was distilled in Speyside and has aged for 8 years in oak barrels. It’s named after one of Scotland’s most ancient family clans — the Muirheads. This whisky range has a long history that dates back as far as 1824, when Charles Muirhead first released the flagship brand Muirhead’s Blue Seal.
