Indian whisky is on the rise and Paul John is one the brands leading the charge. Hailing from the tropical shores of Goa along the west coast of India, John Distilleries was established in 1996. It wasn’t until the last decade or so that Paul John really started focusing on the production of single malt. They’ve grown massively since on the strength of expressions such as the Paul John Brilliance, which is made from six-row barley grown on the foothills of the Himalayas.
