O’oleum, from Almazara Alcaraz, is a Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A 100% organic olive juice of a blend from the olive varieties Picual, Cornicabra, Picudo and Arbequina. Made from fruits, picked on the first day of harvest. The olive grove is located in the Sierra de Alcaraz nature reserve in the province of Albacete, South Spain. On the palate it leaves a full and persistent final taste. This olive oil is the winner of the 2018 Biofach contest.
