This Reserve EMOZIONE Condiment is based on a blend of red and white grape cooked musts. The wood aging creates a classic aceto balsamic flavor. The color is brown and the aroma is aromatic. The taste is round with a pleasant balance of sweet, sour and bitter. Delicious with salads and raw vegetables, steamed or light white fish, ricotta, mozzarella and young cheeses. Also delicious to boil down with a fruited onion.
