Monkey Shoulder is one of the most popular blended malt whiskies in the world. Specifically created for use in bars, their Smokey Monkey expression is made in collaboration with a team of bartenders. They chose to use of Highland peat instead of Islay peat. Smokey Monkey most assuredly works great in cocktails.
