In Baarle Nassau, just inside the Netherlands, is the distillery of the Zuidam family. Since 1999 they have stoked there a particularly beautiful whisky, their Millstone, named after the millstones of a neighboring mill where they grind their barley. This 12 year old whisky has matured on very good Spanish Sherry casks, the colour already tells us that it is an intensely matured whisky.
