Milk & Honey is Israel’s foremost whisky distillery, located in Tel Aviv. They’ve not been distilling long and therefore have been releasing experimental single malts. Not yet 3 years of age, these can’t be legally called whisky. Milk & Honey Young Single Malt is actually just 1-year old liquid and has matured in ex-bourbon and red wine casks. Because of the hot climate this single malt has a richness and character far beyond what you would expect at this age.
