Mermaid Gin is a small-batch, hand-made gin using 10 different botanicals like locally foraged rock samphire and elderflower, as well as zest from Sicilian lemons. Mermaid Gin is produced at Isle of Wight Distillery, the first and only distillery on this English island. The gin is slowly distilled and rested for at least 7 days before being bottled on the island itself. It is a classic London Dry Gin using 100% natural ingredients and no additives.
