Each edition of the 'Nature of Shinshu' is named after the local flora near the Japanese distillery Kohiganzakura. The second bottling in this series is a tribute to the Cherry Blossom, which grows in Japan and especially around the distillery. This whisky is a blend of lightly peated Single Malts, distilled in 2013 in the Shinshu Distillery, part of which has been matured in barrels in which Japanese red wine from the Yamanashi region matured for 20 years.
