Swedish distillery Mackmyra doesn’t mind experimenting. Usually it’s with different wood types, but this time they’ve created the first artificial intelligence whisky. Mackmyra Intelligens was made by a computer that analyzed all of Mackmyra’s original 75 recipes. From that input it created over 70 million new recipes. It’s bottled at 46.1% but other details are scarce. Nevertheless, a groundbreaking, innovative single malt if there ever was one.
