Longmorn is a hidden gem of a distillery that is waiting to be discovered. Its sister distilleries Aberlour and Glenlivet, owned by the same company, have so far received much more attention. However, the time has come for Longmorn to step out of the shadow of its larger siblings. The Longmorn – Distiller’s Choice is a no age statement release from this underrated single malt distillery in Speyside. It matured in 3 types of casks: hogsheads, Oloroso Sherry casks and bourbon barrels.
