A cult distillery on Islay, Kilchoman has released a special Cask Strength Edition of their classic Machir Bay expression just in time for the festive season. Lauded for their artisanal approach, this farm distillery has gained an incredible following since its founding in 2005. Machir Bay, their signature peated malt, is a vatting of Kilchoman both matured in bourbon and sherry casks. It’s named after Islay’s most spectacular beach, which stretches out for almost 2 kilometers along the island’s Atlantic coast.
