Kamiki is a small batch blended whisky from Japan created with Japanese whiskies, malt whiskies from the rest of the world and pure spring water from Japan. The use of Yoshino Sugi is what truly sets this whisky apart. More commonly known as Japanese cedar, this wood type is indigenous to Japan and has been used for centuries to build temples. Now it has also been utilized for the secondary maturation of Kamiki Whisky.
