Il Borgo del Balsamico comes from Reggio Emilia, near Parma. The house has been making Balsamico in a traditional way for over 40 years. Their products have been made with a lot of love and are now highly regarded. The Orange label comes from a series of 3. Each colour suits certain dishes; this Orange is intended for fish, meat and vegetables. The Balsamico matures for at least 12 years on French oaks. Il Borgo has the Reggio Emilia D. O. P. P. Reggio. quality mark.
