Hinch Distillery in Northern Ireland has only been producing whiskey since 2020. To tide them over until their own spirit is mature, they’ve sourced this delicious single pot still Irish whiskey. Triple distilled and made from both malted and unmalted barley, this traditional Irish whiskey is part aged in bourbon casks and part aged in sherry butts.
