One of Highland Park’s latest releases is bottled at an incredible strength of 63.3%. The Highland Park Cask Strength does exactly what it says. It was launched late last year and joined the already impressive core range of this venerable whisky distillery on Orkney. This particular expression aged predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks chosen by master whisky maker Gordon Motion. There’s no chill-filtration and (obviously) no dilution; this is single malt at its purest.
