Located on the Orkney islands, Highland Park has a strong Viking heritage of which they are very proud. Highland Park 10 Y is nicknamed Viking Scars, which is tribute to the enduring Viking influence on Orkney and the value placed on craftsmanship and work ethic. Highland Park is one of the pre-eminent Scotch whisky distilleries, and one of the few remaining distilleries to still operate a malting floor.
