Hatozaki is a Japanese Blended Whisky produced by the people behind Kaikyo Distillery. The Hatozaki blend is made from a combination of both malt and grain whiskies. Some of it distilled in Japan, while other whisky was imported from abroad. The whisky is named after Hatozaki lighthouse, the oldest such building in Japan. Hatozaki Japanese Blended Whisky has matured in sherry, bourbon and Mizunara casks.
