The Glenlivet,12 Y - Illicit Still was launched to celebrate the distillery’s heritage. It is part of the Original Stories range and draws inspiration from the distillery’s founder, George Smith. He began illegally distilling whisky in the early 1800's. Very much different from the regular look and feel of The Glenlivet, the design for this special release was inspired by the oldest bottle in the distillery’s archive. Bottled at 48% which is significantly higher than the standard Glenlivet, 12 Y - it promises an exciting drinking experience.
