The Grant family has owned the Glenfarclas distillery (1836) since 1865. The sixth generation is now in power. The family tradition is simple; making whisky without compromising on quality. They were the first to release a standard whisky without dilution, called Cask Strength, in the 1960s. With an alcohol percentage of 60%, this 105 (105 Brittish Proof) even achieved the Guinness book of records.
