Frantoi Cutrera Mille is an intensely fruity and full-bodied olive oil made from wild olives from Sicily, best used on vegetable soup, but also great for a multitude of other uses. The harvest of the olives is done strictly by hand, so the delicate fruit is not damaged before being pressed, which happens no longer than 6 hours after the harvest.
