FEW – Rye is produced in Evanston, Illinois, a city that suffered from Prohibition for well over a century. As a bold reference to this town’s history, FEW takes its name from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a champion of the Temperance movement. FEW is the first distillery in the history of Evanston. The FEW – Rye is a great example of a top-level craft whisky. It contains 70% rye, 20% corn and 10% malted barley, all sourced from within 100 miles of the distillery.
