Dow's owns 2 of the most beautiful quintas of the Douro; Senhora da Ribeira and Bomfim, purchased in 1890 and 1896, making Dow's one of the first wineries that invested in premium vineyards. The 4th generation of the Symington family with experience for over 100 years, supervises all the vineyards, winemaking and aging of wines. This Master Blend has matured an average of 3 years in oak barrels in the lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia.
