The island of Martinique has a long reputation of having great terroir for sugarcane cultivation, the most important ingredient of Rhum Agricole. Clément Canne Bleue is an exceptional white rum produced from only blue sugarcane, and rests for just over 6 months in a stainless steel vat. It is slowly reduced over time with distilled volcanic spring water. This process creates a well-integrated and full-bodied white Rhum Agricole. Clément Canne Bleue indeed has loads of character and is unlike most commercially available rums.
