Chairman’s Reserve is a blend of double distilled pot still and Coffey still rums, all distilled on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. The 2 styles of rum are married together after maturation, and then filled into oak casks again for blending and final finishing. It was first blended in 1999, overseen by then chairman, Laurie Barnard, as part of a special project to create a fine quality rum to represent the iconic style of St. Lucian rum. Chairman’s Reserve has become the flagship St. Lucian rum, known for its harmonious style and well-rounded finesse.
