Bowmore is one of Scotland's oldest whisky distilleries. Located on the island of Islay on the Scottish west coast, Bowmore has been using the natural elements of this region for centuries. The taste of this Legend is determined by several factors: the special location of the distillery, the clean water and the peat, which is used to fire the malt to dry. Bowmore Legend matures for years in damp cellars below sea level in barrels of American oak or Spanish Sherry casks.
