Founded in 1779 the Bowmore distillery is the oldest legal distillery on the island of Islay and is one of the most famous distilleries of Scotland. Bowmore is known for their peaty, smoke and maritime flavour profile. This edition has aged for 9 years in the oldest whisky maturation warehouse of Scotland called the No1 Vaults.
