This Gin is based on Malt Wine, a distillate from different types of grain. This is re-distilled with botanicals, including fresh coriander leaf, giving a fresh citrus flavour to the spirit and creating a one-of-a-kind flavour. The nose: coriander with a hint of tea and some malty brown bread as well as a floral lift. The taste up front is full flavour with some plumm, jammy notes such as apricot, followed by some tannin tea notes and a touch of sloe. This moves to some more floral bergamot and coriander notes and quite a dry juniper finish.
