Le Opere Chardonnay Grappa is made by Zanin between Verona and Venice. Zanin distills this grappa with copper stills using the remaining pulp coming from the vinification of white Chardonnay grapes used in the production of wine. It is a clean, easy to drink grappa and has a good lengthy finish.
