One of the newest Scottish Lowlands distilleries, Eden Mill was founded in 2012 on the premises of the St. Andrew university. St. Andrew is well known to be a golfers paradise and according to many the location where golfing was invented. Half of this whisky has aged in the finest Oloroso cask and the other half on Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain which is reflected in the natural colour and flavour profile.
